We train around your life, not against it. Our fully equipped mobile van comes to you and we build a plan that fits work, family, travel or your preferred retirement routine.

Do I need equipment?

No. We bring everything you need to train safely and effectively. If you have your own equipment, we’ll use it. If not, it’s no problem at all.

What if I have injuries or joint pain?

No worries, most clients do. We design your program to strengthen weak areas, restore safe movement and prevent flare ups so you can train confidently.

How do I know it’ll work for me

What about if i go on holiday? Will i still pay?

No. as long as you give us more than 1 weeks notice we simply pause your payments until you resume training

Owner of Fortis Health & Fitness. After working with busy women over the past two years, I realised the problem was never motivation — it was trying to follow programs that didn’t fit their lifestyle.

That’s why we created Fortis: an all-in-one mobile personal training system that brings strength training, personalised nutrition, and accountability directly to your home, on your schedule.
